I have trained with Gurion for the past three years.   Prior to that, I had lost 40 lbs and wanted to maintain and get in shape.  Gurion understands each client's uniquenes and tailor makes a program to benefit their needs.   I have received such positive feedback from friends I have referred to him and we all agree that we feel better and stronger because of his intervention.  Even my golf game has improved dramatically!   Sharlene

This is my second time training with Gurion.  I had a little heart episode in the spring and decided I  needed to get my cardio workout moving faster and get back into shape.   As a result of training with Gurion, my heart is functioning much better.   My clothing fits better.    I'm taking it slow and it is working!   Bill

I have trained with Gurion over two years.  I wanted to rebuild my then 60 year old muscles and get some tone in my upper body.  I am told now that I look like I'm ten years younger.  Most of the body fat I had has become muscle.  Most importantly, I can do cardio in and out of the gym that do not fatigue me as they used to.   The value of working with Gurion goes way beyond the benefits to my body and cardio system.  He makes the sessions fun, and Gurion has an extraordinary personal way about him.  He is much more concerned with and knowledgeable about the physiology of the workout out.   He is the best!    John

I've trained with Gurion for the past two years.  My initial goal was to lose some weight, get back into shape and have more energy.  In six months, I lost 40 pounds and six inches.   I've worked with other trainers in the past, but only as a result of Gurion's coaching, I am in the best physical shape of my life, workout every day, and can run 6 miles when 1/2 a mile had been a huge challenge for me, and really hope to be an inspiration to others.     Geri
